They spent time finding the best vendors to fix the few things that needed attention and communicated with us very quickly if there were any issues.
We had a contract on the home at the listed price within 3 days and closed as scheduled within 30 days.

02:58:04 PM Overall we had six months of delays selling my home due to the Christmas, New Year's holidays and Covid-19 pandemic. My estate sale had multiple delays because sales could not be held safely. Once that hurdle was cleared, Lori and John went to work with great patience, professionalism and an obvious expertise in their field. Due to delays they had no control over, they were amazing with my impatience at times. Once I understood their guidance, everything worked like a charm. After all the pandemic frustrations were over, my home was put on the market and under contract in ONE day. It paid off listening to Lori and John, who are real estate Pros. What meant the most to me when all was said and done was a comment John made....."We love helping people and appreciate the opportunity you gave us." The young couple with a toddler who bought my home were so excited. It all happened because I followed important recommendations given to me by Lori and John! Team Ankarstran has worked closely with us, driving all over rural areas looking for the right place. They provided detailed information on all the properties we viewed. We would drive up from Florida and Team Ankarstran would have all the showings lined up and ready. We finally purchased a 15-acre horse farm not far fromPeachtree City. Living in Florida and trying to close on a property in Georgia can be difficult, except when you have Team Ankarstran. John and Lori attended the closing for us so we would not have to drive up. I never had a doubtful moment. I thought getting the loan would be the hard part, but everything was so together with them. They knew all the right people. 05:33:37 PM Recently, I found myself in a position of needing to sell a long-held residential property. I realized I was totally ignorant of the complicated nature of the task – what had to be done to present the property – along with all the numerous regulations and required documentation. I knew I’d need some help. I was approached by several very nice agents, but I was pleasantly surprised when I met John and Lori through the Directory. They promptly took things in hand and efficiently and painlessly (for me) handled it ALL. The best part is that they are a joy to be around. They changed an expected unpleasant sales experience into a very pleasant and rewarding one – very quickly.
